  • CV,
  • transcripts (Bachelor's and Master's),
  • the topic (metamaterials or auxetics),
  • your expertise in computational/continuum mechanics or machine learning, and
  • one best publication.
Mandatory Requirements
The minimum eligibility requirements are:

  • First-class honours or equivalent

  • Three peer-reviewed journal publications (preferably as the first-author)

Desired Skills

Currently, the following topics are available:

  • Multi-layered semi-auxetics for Energy-absorbing applications

    Micromechanical models are considered in conjunction with computational techniques and experimental validation. Developing new continuum mechanical models are also of interest.

  • Modelling Fibre-reinforced Composites
